Earth Connections brings together two bodies of work shaped by different, but deeply felt relationships with the natural world and the creative process..
The combined works of Lara Jane-Steward and Gillian Smith reveal a sensitivity to elemental forces and to the quiet intelligence of the earth, colour and material.
Earth Connections invites viewers to slow down and sense the elemental harmony that underlies all creation: the pulse that moves through soil, water, pigment, and clay alike.
