Processing Time 

Every ceramic piece is handmade with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

The following shipping options are available:

•    Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-14 business days. 

A flat rate of $15 applies for standard shipping.

This option is available only for deliveries Australia-wide.

International Shipping 
Currently, orders are shipped within Australia only. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking 
You will receive a tracking number by email after your order ships, allowing you to track your parcel.

Damaged or Lost Packages 
Every effort is made to package ceramics securely. If your item arrives damaged, please get in touch within 5 days of receiving your parcel and include photos. I will then arrange a refund for you.

Returns & Exchanges 

Return Policy
Because each piece is lovingly handmade, we’re unable to accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, though, please let us know within 5 days, and we’ll happily organise a refund for you.

How to Request a Return

1.    Email gill@thecreativepilgrim.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. 
2.    If your pottery is damaged, attach clear photos so assistance can be provided promptly. 
3.    Your request will be reviewed, and you will be guided through the next steps. 

Exchanges
Because every piece of pottery is handmade here on the Sunshine Coast, it is not possible to exchange your item for an identical piece. However, you are more than welcome to choose another piece of pottery of the same value that suits your preferences. Your satisfaction matters most, and every effort will be made to ensure you receive a piece that you love. 

Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
